Dr. George was awarded the H.O.W. Jacquie Ligget Fellowship for research. This two-year fellowship is awarded to “a qualified MD or PhD conducting research in the field of ovarian cancer.” The grant will support the George Lab’s research on changes to fallopian tube epithelia and how cancer cells respond.
